Included benefits

While the membership is active and in good standing, the member receives 20% off eligible direct vehicle-booking daily rates, priority consideration for available dates, unlimited mileage on eligible member bookings, and local vehicle delivery subject to scheduling and availability.

Eligibility and booking approval

Membership does not guarantee vehicle availability or rental approval. Every booking remains subject to driver eligibility, document verification, insurance requirements, security deposit, signed rental agreement, and final approval by Ingersoll Ventures. Benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred.

Discount limits

The 20% discount applies only to eligible base vehicle daily rates booked directly with Ingersoll Ventures. It does not apply to security deposits, insurance or coverage charges, fuel, tolls, damage, cleaning, smoking, late-return charges, airport fees, out-of-area delivery, taxes, or other add-ons. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts unless Ingersoll Ventures agrees in writing.

Unlimited mileage and delivery

Unlimited mileage applies only to approved personal-use trips during an eligible member booking. All geographic, prohibited-use, maintenance, and vehicle-care restrictions in the rental agreement still apply. Included delivery is limited to the local service area and depends on scheduling and staffing; longer-distance delivery may require an additional quote.

Billing and cancellation

Membership is billed monthly through the checkout provider until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Amounts already charged are nonrefundable except where required by law. Benefits end when the membership expires or is canceled.

Program changes

Ingersoll Ventures may suspend a membership for misuse, unpaid charges, unsafe conduct, repeated violations, or fraud. Program benefits may be updated with reasonable notice. Existing confirmed reservations remain subject to the written terms issued for that reservation.
