Ingersoll Ventures LLC (“Ingersoll Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we receive when you visit our website, contact us, or submit a vehicle or short-term-stay request.

Information you provide

When you contact us or request a reservation, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, requested dates, delivery or pickup details, guest count, and notes. If you are approved for a vehicle rental, we may separately request a driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a photo of you holding your license for verification.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, review availability, communicate reservation details, verify eligibility, provide delivery or pickup, prevent fraud and misuse, process approved payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Email and text messages

When you consent on a booking form, we may send transactional email and text-message updates about your request, payment, verification, reservation status, pickup, delivery, or stay. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or contact us for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel a reservation or prevent important communication by another available method. We do not sell or share text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Calendar information

Our stay availability display receives date-range information from the connected Airbnb calendar. We use that information to show dates that may be unavailable. We do not publish guest names, reservation notes, or other private calendar details.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers needed to operate the booking, payment, identity-verification, communication, hosting, or calendar systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, property, or our business. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and business records. No online transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email unless we specifically instruct you to do so through an approved secure process.
