These terms govern use of the Ingersoll Ventures website and requests for private vehicle rentals and short-term stays. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, approval, pricing, delivery, or a reservation. A booking is created only after Ingersoll Ventures confirms the details in writing, completes any required verification, and receives any required deposit or payment.

Vehicle rental requirements

Drivers must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and provide proof of full-coverage insurance unless an approved alternative is arranged for $25 per day. A $150 security deposit is required for each vehicle. The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before the trip, subject to the final agreement and any permitted deductions.

Rates, mileage, perks, and charges

Current listed rates are $180/day for the 2020 BMW 3 Series, $200/day for the 2018 Cadillac Escalade Platinum, and $220/day for the 2016 BMW 550i. Included mileage is 350 miles/day for the 3 Series and Escalade and 200 miles/day for the 550i. Additional mileage is $0.50 per mile. Unlimited mileage may be selected for $50 per rental day when confirmed in writing. A return-at-any-fuel-level option may be selected for $100 per trip; otherwise a $20 fuel inconvenience charge plus fuel costs may apply. Late return is $50 per hour. Excessive cleaning may be charged at $200, and smoking may result in a $250 fee.

Prohibited conduct

No smoking, vaping, pets, racing, drifting, burnouts, impaired driving, illegal activity, unauthorized drivers, towing, off-road use, or rideshare/commercial use is permitted unless expressly approved in writing. Renters are responsible for damage, loss, tickets, tolls, missing keys or accessories, and violations caused during their rental.

Delivery and airport service

Delivery may be available up to 200 miles away. Delivery pricing depends on distance and trip details. Airport pickup and delivery may be available when confirmed in writing.

Short-term stays

The Ingersoll Group Retreat is in the Oklahoma City area. Airbnb calendar dates are informational until final confirmation. Guests must follow the property rules, occupancy limits, parking requirements, no-pet and no-smoking rules, checkout instructions, HOA rules, and any terms shown in the applicable booking agreement or Airbnb reservation.

Limitation and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its availability information are provided without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Oklahoma law governs these website terms, without changing any non-waivable consumer rights.
